| Description: | Provide useful insights into the development of Ferring’s products through reports and analytics. This is accomplished by reporting on the data in the SFA system, as well as maintaining the integrity of the SFA database.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key contact with SFA vendor to ensure that data is properly shown in the database, as well as providing useful reports to the sales team.
Maintain SFA database with up-to-date employee information.
Produce monthly sales and prescription reports. Provide ad-hoc reporting to management as needed.
Work with Sales management team to update and/or create territory alignments.
Create and distribute monthly sales rep performance reports.
Provide ad-hoc reporting to management as needed.
Serve as key data/information resource for new product opportunity analysis.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 1-3 years sales analysis experience in the healthcare industry. Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry data (WK and/or IMS Health) preferred.
Computer Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office Excel required. Working knowledge of Access, Word, and PowerPoint preferred.
Other Skills and Abilities: Analytical, detail oriented ability to interact with all levels of management, self-motivated and independent worker.
